Effective communications are critical to educating your employees about their benefits. Our communication services help ensure that your employees understand their offerings, as well as the total value of their benefits package. They are also effective in reducing benefit costs, as well as attracting and retaining employees. Our licensed Benefits Representative will conduct on-site, one-to-one sessions with your employees to explain each benefit option and electronically enroll them into their selections – freeing your staff of extra paperwork, time and expense.
Our benefits communications include:
One-to-One Core/Voluntary Benefits Education and Electronic Enrollment
Licensed Benefits Representatives will conduct one-to-one enrollment meetings with your employees to discuss available benefit options. Our experienced representatives will consult with you and your staff to schedule these sessions to help ensure daily workflow is not disrupted and all shifts are covered. Benefit elections during open enrollment are collected via our proprietary Laptop Enrollment System, allowing the data to be entered into your payroll/benefit system according to your specifications.
Salary Continuation Statements
Each employee will receive a personalized statement illustrating employer-provided accumulated sick pay/paid time off (PTO) and long term disability (LTD) benefits. Statements will clearly outline any caps and gaps that exist and demonstrate how supplemental coverage can help meet the employee's needs.
Dependent Eligibility Audits/Data Cleansing
We will collect and verify all pertinent employee data, including dependents, beneficiaries and addresses. Accurate employee data helps eliminate unnecessary coverage and save premium dollars. In fact, studies suggest that as much as 10% of medical costs could be eliminated by removing ineligible dependents from your benefits.
Total Compensation Statements
Each employee will receive a Total Compensation Statement. This piece details each employee’s entire compensation package – including benefits and salary – to illustrate the complete investment you make in your employees and their families. This greatly enhances employee appreciation and understanding of their entire benefit package, resulting in increased employee retention.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Education and Enrollment
Many employers are offering FSAs for the tax advantages they offer to both their organization and their employees. Our representatives can help increase participation in your FSA program by educating your employees about their options, illustrating their potential tax savings and enrolling them into their plans.
Consumer-driven Health Plans Education and Enrollment
Consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) are a growing segment of the medical insurance marketplace. As a new concept in benefits, employee communication and education are key factors to a successful program. We'll help you succeed in your CDHP efforts by helping to educate your employees about the advantages of their consumer-driven health plan options and enroll them into these plans.
Employee Surveys
During the enrollment process, we can administer a survey to help you garner valuable employee feedback about various aspects of your benefit offerings and work environment.
