Because we "manage" the deduction slot via our Client Service Center, your employees can call one phone number to change any voluntary benefit election. If your payroll center can accept an update file, we can provide electronic notification of these changes. This enables us to notify your payroll center of any changes (preferably in an electronic data update file).

Deduction and Billing Reconciliation
You will not receive a bill from a voluntary benefits carrier. All bills will be directed to us, and we will reconcile them to payroll deductions, resolve any discrepancies and remit payment to the individual carriers.
Policy and Deduction Changes
All employee policy and deduction changes are made through our Client Services team. We communicate these changes to the individual voluntary benefits carriers to help ensure your employees' data is accurate and reduce the potential for errors.
Assumption of Reconciliation and Billing Functions for Any Existing Voluntary Benefits Program
We can assume the billing and customer service functions for standard list billed voluntary benefit programs that you may already offer to your employees.The results are more competitive products, less work for your Human Resources staff and greater employee satisfaction.
Electronic Deduction Data Transfer
We have the ability to electronically receive voluntary benefits deductions for reconciliation with carrier bills, saving you additional time and expense. Conversely, we will update your payroll system as elections change.
